I managed to find the exact soundfonts that Toby used for creating Undertale's music. Sadly, any songs with the 8 bit sounds are pretty much impossible to replicate because Toby used FL Studio to make the songs (He used the 8 bit plugin for that).Gave the sounds the wrong names. - "He-he-he-he-have some respect and don't spoil the game..."
