Breath of the wild 60 fps mod

I am trying to play breath of the wild on my PC using Yuzu. However, even after installing 60 FPS mod, my FPS don't go beyond 30. They usually stay at 30 with a slight drop here and there. I have disable vsync as well. My specs are: RTX 2070 Max Q 8750H (2.2 - 4.1 Turbo boost) Even if I am at max cpu clock, the fps don't go beyond 30.
