All lights back on the the same GM dealership won’t even take the car in on trade because “they don’t know what the problem/solution is”.

After watching that video, I would say you definitely have a problem within the brake system. It could be something with the pedal attachment, the brake booster, the master cylinder, etc. I would not hesitate to take it to a different dealer if the first one could not find out what is wrong.
